Washington, D.C. – As immigration continues to dominate the 2024 election, the Immigration Hub is launching a new website featuring the organization’s Research and Insights Hub: a one-stop shop for the latest data and research on immigration politics, including battleground polling, television ad spending, and disinformation tracking and expert analysis.

The new site houses nearly six years of innovative research on immigration, including:

  • Battleground Polling: The Hub has commissioned numerous polls that show critical swing state voters overwhelmingly prefer a balanced approach to fixing the nation’s broken immigration system, an approach that includes both border security and a pathway to citizenship for long-settled undocumented immigrants.
  • Monthly Ad Spending Analyses: Each month, via a partnership with AdImpact, the Hub tracks both parties’ multi-million dollar investments in immigration-related television ads across 11 battleground battleground states and Montana.
  • Right-Wing Media & Misinformation Tracking: The Hub tracks trends and misinformation on right-wing TV and social media.

“We are proud to mark our eight-year journey pushing for common-sense immigration policy with a new website that highlights best-in-class messaging, data, and analysis on immigration policy and politics,” said Immigration Hub Executive Director Kerri Talbot and Deputy Director Beatriz Lopez. “The Immigration Hub is where policy meets innovation. Years of polling and research, now available on our site, underscore what we know to be true: immigration is a political winner for Democrats. Despite Trump and Republicans’ persistent attempts to weaponize immigration, demonize immigrant communities and breed xenophobia – the American public continues to overwhelmingly support balanced and fair solutions on immigration that includes border security and pathways to citizenship that keep families together. As we head into the last few weeks of this election and with immigration remaining top of mind for voters, we are excited to make years of polling and the latest election ad and media tracking on immigration more accessible to reporters, candidates, and our colleagues.”

“The Democrats’ new winning strategy on immigration is no coincidence,” said Maria Cardona, CNN Commentator and a Principal at the Dewey Square Group. “The Immigration Hub has been a driving force in advising Democrats to shift their approach on immigration, having worked with candidates, campaigns, political committees, and the White House for years, telling them that if they wanted to win, they had to go on offense and focus on balanced solutions that marry strong border security with pathways to citizenship for Dreamers and long-term immigrants. This new website offers a comprehensive look at the bevy of research, data, and expert analysis the Hub has produced since 2018. It is a must-visit for anyone trying to win on the issue of immigration in 2024.”
