We continue to fight to secure protections — including a pathway to citizenship — for long-term undocumented immigrants such as DACA recipients and Dreamers through conducting outreach and educating bipartisan Congressional offices and coordinating with other immigration advocacy organizations.

DACA Anniversary Congressional Reception

The Immigration Hub hosted a Congressional reception to mark the 12th anniversary of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Program. The event included remarks from Representative Delia Ramirez, Senator Catherine Cortez Masto, Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, and other leading immigrant rights’ advocates.
Press Conference on Protecting American Families

The Immigration Hub along with valued partners and Congressional leaders held a press conference to urge the Biden administration to provide relief to long-term undocumented immigrants. Speakers included Senators Alex Padilla, Dick Durbin, Cory Booker, Catherine Cortez Masto, Ben Ray Luján, Edward Markey, and Representatives Nanette Barragán and Pramila Jayapal along with directly impacted individuals and advocates.
